Cancellation Policy
We provide the best services we can provide to our clients to leave no stone unturned. All the services provided by our clients have come from extensive research. We always ensure zero possibilities of cancellation. However, in case the cancellation has to be called on, then you will be told whenever we will initiate the cancellation of any particular order. Please note the points to be taken care of while initiating a cancellation:
1. The clients can place a cancellation order within 6 hours after the order is generated.
2.Cancellations will be generated at the discretion of the clients but there are some exceptions where the company is bound to cancel your order.
3. If you have given us your cancellation order within 6 hours of the order being generated, your 100% money will be refunded.
4. The money will be refunded to you within 7-10 working days.

Refund Policy
We try to give our clients the best possible services but in case the client is not satisfied with the services. Refunds can also be initiated only in the case, If the client cancels the order on their own will, that too within 6 hours of the order, then they will be applicable for a 100% refund.
1.Charges and the balance amount will be on the basis of a number of days. If you initiate a refund request within 6 hours, 100% money will be refunded to you, if you initiate your request after 6 hours then you are eligible for a 70% refund, if you initiate your request after 12 hours then you are eligible for a 50% refund and if you exceed 24 hours cap then you are not eligible for any refund.
2. Refunds will be delivered to you within 7-10 days of request acceptance.
3. If there is any delay in delivering your refund then our team will inform you prior to delivery.
4. If a refund is not applicable then the team will inform it prior to our customer that you are not eligible for a refund.
Procedure for a refund request:
1 To initiate the refund you have to drop a request to our service provider who will then connect you to an expert to understand the reason for your refund.
2. If anything else can be done to improve the quality of our services then the team will confirm with you.
3. If you are eligible for a refund then the expert will convey the order to the team and your refund order will be generated.
4. The refund will be transferred to you within 7-10 working days.
